    1. Thanks Kate. ITSM’s role in the Cloud era has continued to grow given that Services enabled by the Cloud Technology have evolved from Software to Platform/Infrastructure to Everything “as a Service”. These services still need an end to end management i.e. from Planning to Retirement and ITSM/ITIL are the most mature standards for this application.
